Work With Me
The Embodied Resonance Method
Breath, voice, and movement are pathways back to trust, presence, power, and authentic expression. Each offering below is a different door into the same work choose what calls to you, or book a free call and we'll find the right starting point together.
What a session feels like
Every session is different. But the feeling is the same — a quality of presence, of safety, of something moving that hadn't been able to move before.
Whether you come for the sound healing, the voice work, the breath, or the movement — this is what it feels like to be in the room.
There's a difference between relaxing and actually going somewhere.
The Resonance Sound Healing Ceremony is a guided inner journey active, embodied and intentional. Working through each of the chakras, you're guided to stay present, breathe into the body, and work with the sound rather than simply receiving it. You're not a passive listener. You're in it.
The ceremony uses crystal bowls, shamanic instruments, and an operatically trained live voice a combination that creates extraordinary depth and resonance, and supports the nervous system to drop into theta brainwave states more quickly and fully than most sound healing experiences. But unlike many sound journeys, you won't just drift off. You'll be guided to stay embodied, to direct your breath, and to own your own healing as it moves through you.
It's both a rigorous inner practice and something genuinely beautiful to experience. Plant medicines such as cacao, blue lotus, or spagyrics can be woven in when appropriate.
Your voice doesn't lie.
Not just in the words you choose or how confidently you speak but in the frequencies themselves. The parts of the vocal spectrum that are present, and the parts that have gone quiet, are a direct reflection of your nervous system state. Where there's holding, where there's survival pattern, where there's unfelt ease the voice will show it.
This makes the voice something remarkable: it's both the diagnostic and the solution. It reveals where you've gone offline. And it's also the pathway back.
Working with the voice in this way combining operatic training with somatic and trauma-informed practice is about restoring the full spectrum. Bringing back the frequencies that have been suppressed or lost. Because the work happens vibrationally, in the body rather than in the mind, the shifts that happen here tend to stick.
These sessions are for singers and equally for the person who already shows up well in the world but senses there's another level of ease available. Half the people who come to this work have no interest in singing at all. They come because the voice is where that last piece lives the safety, the spaciousness, the sense of taking up room without it costing anything.
This is breathwork without the overwhelm.
Most breathwork focuses on the inhale the effort, the push, the activation. The singing breath works the other way around.
It begins with the exhale. A full, natural release that creates a vacuum and then, when the body softens, the air simply arrives. No effort. No doing. The body receives what it needs, because you got out of the way.
This is the most physiologically natural way to breathe, and it's also one of the most radical things you can offer a nervous system that has learned to brace, to push, and to work hard for everything.
Because breath is constant. Which means that with every single cycle, you're embedding something new that ease is available, that you don't have to coerce your way to what you need, that the body knows how to receive when you let it.
Stagnant energy moves. Space opens. The body remembers a different way of being. Sessions close with a short sound healing using crystal bowls and voice.
There's a reason shamanic traditions across cultures have always worked with the elements.
Earth, water, fire, air, ether they're not just symbols. They're a complete map of what it means to be alive, and every emotion, every energy, every state of being lives somewhere within them. Moving through each element twice means nothing gets bypassed. Whatever has been waiting to move in you has somewhere to go.
But this isn't choreography, and it isn't performance. It's about learning to let the body move you, rather than moving the body to please anyone. That distinction is felt immediately. And for most people, it's revelatory because so much of how we've learned to inhabit our bodies has been from the outside in. Observing. Managing. Evaluating.
This practice reverses that. The body becomes the teacher, and what it's teaching is trust in itself, and in you. Sessions close with a sound healing using crystal bowls and voice.
What if getting strong didn't have to feel like punishment?
The Conscious Workout combines exercise, breath, voice, and embodiment into something that actually feels good not in spite of being challenging, but because of it. You learn to move with your body rather than against it, to use effort as a way of arriving in yourself rather than escaping from yourself.
This practice also recognises that physical movement is one of the most reliable ways to reach emotions that we can't access any other way. Space is held for those to be expressed and integrated, not pushed down.
You'll leave feeling genuinely powerful. And you'll be able to take this practice anywhere, with whatever equipment you have available. Sessions close with a short sound healing using crystal bowls and voice.
The way we speak to the people we love, and the way we don't, tells the same story as everything else the voice reveals.
Most relationship difficulties aren't really about the content of the conflict. Underneath the recurring argument, the withdrawal, the things that never quite get said, there are emotions that haven't been met. Shame. Guilt. The feeling of not being enough. These aren't weaknesses. They're the places where we learned to protect ourselves. And they're the reason the difficult conversation keeps not happening.
This work goes there. Drawing on embodied voice work, somatic practice, and deep relational coaching, these sessions build something most communication work skips entirely: the capacity to actually be with the difficult emotions driving the conflict. Because once that capacity expands, the vulnerability that felt impossible becomes available. And from that place, real clarity can emerge about what is actually happening beneath the surface, and how to speak to it in a way that builds trust and intimacy rather than eroding them further.
The tools you leave with are practical and immediate. But because the work happens in the body, the shifts tend to hold. Especially when the stakes are high.
This work also includes the Voice as Massage workshop — a gentle sensory exploration of the voice as a portal to connection and intimacy. Available for couples and groups. Enquire for details.
