About Camila

Camila combines the precision and artistry of a trained opera singer with the deep, embodied sensitivity of a healer to serve communities around the world with deeply healing sound journeys and voice exploration sessions. An opera singer by training (eight years of studies up to Masters level in Australia at the University of Melbourne and the Western Academy of Performing Arts) before taking a long hiatus from music. During that time, Camila dedicated herself to her own healing and personal development, which led her to creating a new way of using her voice, not as a performer but as a sound worker. Coming from a long lineage of healers in her native country of Colombia, Camila has been called to use her voice to help others access deeper parts of self where healing, pleasure, and expansion reside.

She found a home in her set of seven crystal bowls (tuned to each chakra) and shamanic drum. Camila became a regular workshop leader and sound worker at some of Scandinavia’s largest conscious festivals such as Ängsbacka’s No Mind Festival (2021 and 2022), Urkult festival (2022 and 2023) Sweden’s oldest festival attended by over 13,000 people, and the Stockholm Tantra Festival (2021 and 2022) and Space of Love Festival (2020, 2021, and 2023). She has also been a workshop leader at the Oslo Tantra Festival (2022 and 2023), and held speace and supported with sound at the Ängsbacka Tantra Festival in 2021. Camila is now based in Ubud, Bali and has played at Yoga Barn, Pyramids of Chi, the Istana, Alchemy (Ubud), Pangea, The Bali Dance Festival, the Love Festival, and the Celestia parties.

Camila trained in the Arimany Method, and is currently completing a Holistic Voice and Sound Therapist education at the British Academy of Sound Therapy as well as a Certification of Embodiment Coaching through Embodiment Unlimited.
